Group Assignment to Business Challenges
Each group will work on a specific business challenge provided by the company. The challenges are designed to test your analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a real-world business context.
The challenges for each group are as follows:
- Challenge 1: Quality Management (Groups 1, 5, 9, 13)
- Challenge 2: Inventory Management (Groups 2, 6, 10, 14)
- Challenge 3: Production Strategies (Groups 3, 7, 11, 15)
- Challenge 4: Reverse Supply Chain (Groups 4, 8, 12, 16)
Get familiar with your challenge and ask questions during the project kick-off session.
The challenges are purposely designed to be open-ended, allowing you to apply your creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions. In bussiness, there is no single correct answer, and the goal is to provide a well-reasoned and data-driven solution that addresses the company’s needs. Frequently, stakeholders have a vague idea of what they want, and it is your job to translate their needs into a concrete solution and actionable recommendations.
